Proof of purchase will be required to verify eligibility for books NOT purchased or registered on our website. You can register your purchase here. The defective book should be returned to us in Los Angeles, California.
If your book has a defect within the 30 days of purchase, we will send you a prepaid label to send it back within the US.

The estimated delivery is 2 -5 business days depending on your location.
US Shipping is free above $75 and starts at $5 for orders below $7.00 and $7 for orders below $75.
Any order placed with next day delivery services before 12PM will arrive the next business day. Any order after 12PM will be processed a day later.

Batteries are a fundamental part of our books. Button batteries are primarily made for watches and playing music requires a lot of power. If a few buttons stop playing music, or the music cuts out in the middle of a song, this means 1 or 2 batteries out of the 3 have stopped working and need to be replaced. Lots of button batteries available online or in stores are used or expired. That's why we developed our own battery replacement kit to ensure a long-lasting and quality sound. The batteries included in your book plays music for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
